Is there any commission on what my client recovers?
No. RobinReturn never takes a percentage of the debt, interest or compensation. Your client pays only the per-action fees for the stages they use.
You see your clients' overdue invoices every month. RobinReturn gives them a transparent, pay-per-action way to recover them — with no commission, no client money held, and the practice in control.
RobinReturn is a pay-per-action B2B recovery workflow (reminder → Letter Before Action → County Court claim). You can point clients to it, or join a concierge pilot where we help you run a few client recoveries — with no commission and no client money held.
Pay-per-action means there is nothing to justify between uses — no per-client subscription, no retainer, no commission. The practice stays the trusted adviser.
Transparent cost. Every action has a published price — a reminder is £2.00, a Letter Before Action is £9.50, claim preparation is £35.00. Nothing is taken from what your client recovers.
You stay in control. Your client remains the litigant in person and is paid directly by the debtor. RobinReturn is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, so recommending it does not make you a legal representative.

No. The debtor pays your client directly into their own bank account. RobinReturn never holds client money — it charges only its own per-action fees.
Not yet. A multi-client console is on the roadmap, not built. Today you can refer clients in, or join the concierge pilot where we help you run a handful of client recoveries — that pilot is exactly how we are validating the multi-client product.
Not today. Accounting-software integrations are on the roadmap. For now, invoices are entered or uploaded per case.
No. RobinReturn provides solicitor-drafted document templates and a workflow; your client acts as the litigant in person. RobinReturn is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, and using it does not make you a legal representative.
