RobinReturn started as a frustration shared between the two of us — that the path from an unpaid invoice to a paid one runs through software no SME has the patience for and prices no SME has the budget for. So we built the version we wished existed.

How we work
Four principles.

Pay for what you use.
No monthly subscription. No retainer. No commission on the recovered sum. £2 for a reminder, £8 for a Letter Before Action, published court-fee schedule for a claim form. The price is the price.
II
Tone of a friend, structure of a formal letter.
The first reminder reads like a polite nudge from a person. The Letter Before Action reads like the formal document it has to be. We deliberately graduate the temperature so you don’t lose a client over an admin gap.
III
You stay in control.
You decide whether to send each document. RobinReturn drafts; you sign. The audit trail is yours. Court fees go to HMCTS, not to us. Payment from the debtor lands in your bank, not a holding account.

Where we stop, a solicitor begins.
RobinReturn is not a law firm. It is not a legal representative under CPR 2.3(1). It doesn’t give legal advice. For contested cases or debts above £10,000, a high-street firm is the right call — we’ll tell you that on the eligibility check.
