How to get help with RobinReturn, what to include when you contact support, and how to report a security concern.

Before you contact us

Many questions are answered in:

  • FAQ — what RobinReturn is, costs and the legal position.
  • Troubleshooting — uploads, eligibility, sign-in and payments.

Get in touch

Reach the RobinReturn team through the contact page. When you write, it helps to include:

  • The case reference, if your question is about a specific case.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • Any on-screen message you saw (without sharing your password or sign-in details).

Please do not include passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive credentials in a support message.

Reporting a security concern

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, or your account may have been accessed without permission, contact RobinReturn promptly and change your password. RobinReturn's security page sets out how to report an issue responsibly.

What support cannot do

RobinReturn's team can help you use the product. They cannot give legal advice or tell you whether to pursue a particular claim — RobinReturn is not a law firm or a legal representative under CPR 2.3(1). For legal questions, consider independent advice.
