Account & team
Manage your RobinReturn business profile, invite colleagues, and understand how team access to cases works.
Your RobinReturn account belongs to your business. Everyone you invite works within the same business and shares its cases, so the whole team has one consistent view of what is owed and what has been done.
Business details
Your business profile holds the trading name, address and contact details that appear on letters to debtors. Keep these accurate — they are written into correspondence and court documents. Update them under your account settings; changes apply to documents drafted after the change.
Inviting your team
Send an invitation
From your team settings, invite a colleague by email. They receive a link to join your business.
They accept and sign in
When they accept, they can sign in and see the business's cases.
Invitations are tied to the email address you enter, so use the address your colleague will sign in with.
How team access works
- Everyone in your business sees the same cases.
- Actions are recorded against the case so there is a clear history of who did what and when.
- Removing a colleague stops their access to your business's cases.
Keeping your account secure
- Use a unique, strong password and keep your sign-in details private.
- Only invite people who should see your cases and debtor information.
- If you think an account has been compromised, change the password and contact support.
